This time set aside for God helped me to discover my skills and taught me how to make my Christianity more practical. After 12 years of being a Christian, this DTS gave me new motivation to invest everything for the most interesting and powerful thing in the world - to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. That's dangerous because it changes lives, yours and the lives of others.

Reef to Outback has done more for me than I could have ever dreamed. It taught me true friendship, faith and God's awesome and powerful love.

For me, DTS has been a really unforgettable stage in my life where I really had to depend on God for everything. He is my source for everything. He changed my heart, He showed Himself to me with unexpected ways which now makes me see how lovely all of His characteristics are. He's awesome beyond my mind!

It's so great to live together with different people from various nations and to share a part of our lives with one another while at the same time seeing how people change through the power of God. It's not always easy but with the support from the leaders and the group, it's tremendous and I'm so thankful that I can enjoy this school. It's a precious and unique time which I'll never experience again.

I learned so much more about myself and about God's character. During outreach, I felt God changed me more than those we ministered to. It really pushes you way out of your comfort zone but it's just so awesome to see God move each time.

I recommend Reef to Outback DTS to anyone! It has been great to take six months out with God and learn relationship skills with Him that will continue in years to come. I have a new appreciation for spending time in prayer and reading in God's word. It has also been exciting to see what God is doing not only in Australia, but also throughout Asia. I have felt a bit of God's heart for the rest of this world and I am anxious to see what my role will be in sharing God's heart in the future.

Reef to Outback DTS has been an adventurous way to meet our incredible God. I have had an absolute blast while learning about the diverse characteristics of His personality. I am amazed at His perfect balance that is revealed to us in scripture which covers every aspect of life. He is the ultimate fulfillment for whatever the situation. This 6 months has allowed me the opportunity to awaken my Christianity and meet our awesome God!
