Discipleship Training School (DTS)

The DTS is an intensive Christian training course for 18 -35 year olds that runs for 5 1/2 months throughout Australia and then into Asia/Pacific. This practical mobile training school is designed to encourage students in personal character development, cultivating a living relationship with God and identifying their unique individual gifts and callings in God. Reef to Outback Basic Leadership School (BLS)

We run a Leadership Training Program (BLS) which is designed to equip and train young leaders in their giftings and development in Godly leadership.

The BLS is a hands-on training program, which runs concurrently with our Discipleship Training School. The BLS participant (DTS staff) will be involved with the normal daily program of the DTS learning the "how to" - this includes lectures, small group meetings, outreach planning, drama presentation, etc.

The course will assist DTS staff with further training and pastoral care as leadership is developed. (MORE INFO)

Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)

TESOL is a course that will equip you with the skills that can open many doors of opportunity in restricted access nations, and among our many multicultural neighbors in Australia.
